    The food quality at the Bistro did not meet the high expectations set by the hotel's ambiance, feeling overly elaborate without sufficient flavor.

    The rooms offered are wonderful and beautiful with super comfortable beds, modern design and the bathroom. They provide croissants and breads, that is fantastic. As for me, the location is stunning and beautiful, on the island of Mallorca. All in all they offer excellent service.

    Staying in the Superior Double Room was amazing, with a lovely mountain view from the private terrace. The room had everything from air conditioning and tv to a lovely bathrobe and free toiletries. The spa was great, offering fantastic treatments and a relaxing atmosphere with outdoor yoga sessions. Breakfast included freshly made pastries and local ingredients.

    The staff took care of us . Dining featured creativity through local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the evening views from the terrace after a relaxing spa treatment. The contrast of the historical architecture against the surrounding countryside. I appreciate places that honor their heritage, and this place did that well.

    The accommodations showed signs of aging and the pool area seemed to lack energy at times.
